No refunds or changes for change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase. Please choose carefully.

Faulty or broken items: If you receive a product that is faulty or broken, we are happy to offer a refund. However, you must inform us within 5 days or receiving your product, and the item must be returned within 10 days.

Return Process for Faulty/Broken Items:

1. Contact us at hello@maliboomoon.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the fault or damage.

2. Once your claim is reveiwed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or broken items.
